UKSA 2013 CubeSat Workshop Recommendations Download Available

Organised by the U. K. Space Agency (UKSA) and held at the Open University, the previous workshop sessions included topics from over 100 contributors attending. Key areas included:

  • Fostering a stronger and wider U.K. CubeSat Community
  • Overcoming Obstacles
  • Developing Education/Outreach Benefits for the UK with the UKube X Program
  • Accelerating Disruptive Technologies

These are now available in the UKSA CubeSat Workshop – Recommendations & Notes, Jan 2013 and will be discussed at Harwell for the 2014 CubeSat Workshop. Register for this premier event on the Satellite Applications Catapult page.

CubeSat Weekend @ SA Catapult, 29-30.03.2014

“Do you want to develop and launch a satellite?”

Enter a team to assemble, program, test and integrate a PocketSpacecraft ScoutArray into the CubeSat standard which will be flown on a tethered balloon mission, and flight models for launch into LEO.

Teams need to be between 2-5 people, costs are £10/team-member, and must attend the full weekend at the Satellite Applications Catapult building, on the Harwell Oxford Campus in Oxfordshire. No experience required! Further information, including the technical spec and what to expect, please read the proposal document located here
